Reservations – Upon booking a 20% deposit,of the total cost, is required to confirm the reservation. We accept MC/Visa. We also take certified cheques or money orders if mailed 45 days prior to arrival. Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy-More than 30 days,deposit is refunded,less a $25.00  administration fee to cover all bank charges.
•  less than 30 days,no refund of deposit
•. Less than 14 days,50% of total cost will be charged
•. Less than 7 days,100% of total cost will be charged
•. Leaving early-no refunds,unless we rent the cottage
All will be refunded if we are able to rent the cottage,less the $25.00 administration fee

As with most summer cottage business we only have a small window of opportunity to rent, and most reservations are made well in advance, so late cancellations could mean lost income. We thank-you for your understanding.
